"Similar technologies" include browser local storage and session storage, which let a site remember information between page loads. We use both cookies and local storage, and refer to them together as "cookies" in this policy.

Our public marketing website is designed to work with minimal tracking. We primarily use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to make our site and CRM function. Specifically:

3.Categories of cookies
Strictly necessary
These are essential for the website and CRM to operate — for example, to authenticate staff users and keep them signed in. The site cannot function properly without them, so they cannot be switched off through our site.
Functional
These help the site remember choices you make (such as your ongoing chat with Ava) to give you a smoother experience.
Analytics & marketing
We do not currently use analytics or marketing cookies. If this changes, this policy will be updated and the relevant cookies listed here.
4.Third-party cookies
We load some resources from third parties — for example web fonts (Google Fonts) and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp when you choose to contact us. These third parties may set their own cookies, governed by their own privacy and cookie policies, over which we have no control.
